Spring Clean Up and St. Moritz Park Public Consultation are just around the corner

The Clair Hills Community Association is proud to host two events this month, and they are fast approaching.

The annual Spring Clean Up is this Saturday April 20th at 10:00am and 2:00pm, and is a great way to meet some of your neighbours, members of the CHCA and of course, help beautify Clair Hills by picking up all the litter that’s been hidden under the snow. Plus there will be some treats from @NomNomTreats and a chance to win some prizes including 4 Blue Jays tickets courtesy of Home Hardware. For more information, click here.

The St. Moritz Park Public Consultation is being hosted on Tuesday April 23rd at the Clair Hills Retirement Community Activity Room at 7:00pm. The Clair Hills Community Association, along with the City of Waterloo and our Ward 2 Councillor, Karen Scian, will host a workshop-style brainstorming session to determine what types of amenities residents would like to have in St. Moritz park. City of Waterloo staff will be on hand to put a price tag on the items attendees suggest, and providing alternative ideas/solutions that might be more cost-effective. Some ideas include a leash-free zone for dogs, a tennis court, skating rink, among others. Make sure you RSVP! For more information, click here.

We are looking forward to seeing you twice in one week!
