When we publish photos on our website, Twitter, Facebook, e-newsletter and/or in the Clair Hills Connection, we use candid or anonymous shots of residents wherever possible, unless we have expressed consent. Individuals in photos will not be identified, except for the CHCA board members, CHCA core volunteers and city officials, or if we have expressed consent from the individual(s).
The CHCA will post signs at events to indicate that photos are being taken by the Association and that they may be used on our website, Twitter, Facebook, e-newsletter and/or in the Clair Hills Connection. There will be automatic consent to photography and its applicable use upon entry to the CHCA event.
At CHCA events where a photographer is being used, the photographer will be identified so people know they are with the CHCA.
